Information
on Carpools
Morning Carpool
- Form two lines as you enter
the campus. A police officer will be at the entrance to
assist you getting
onto campus.
- Traffic cones will divide you until
the first turn.
- At first turn, traffic must merge
into one lane and drive along the curb in front of the
buildings.
- Pull forward until you have reached
the far side of the Mercy building or until the vehicle
in front of you stops.
- When vehicles have stopped, students
must exit only from the curb side of the vehicle for safety
reasons.
- After students have exited the vehicles,
the entire lane of traffic will move toward the exit and
the process starts all over again.
Afternoon
Carpool
- School buses
will line the curb in front of the buildings and
pick up the bus riders at dismissal.
- Vehicles will enter the campus and
fill the lower lot by forming lines that loop around the
lower lot.
- At dismissal, the students will go
to their respective buses or cars.
- No car will be allowed to move until
a school staff member begins the exiting process.
- When the buses have departed campus,
we begin to alternate lines of cars from left to right.
- Cars in line move until a driver needs
to pick up a student.
- No students will be allowed to go
to their cars as long as the line of cars is moving.
- Parents who do not pick up all of
their children when exiting beside the gym building need
to pull forward past the Mercy building on the right side.
- A police officer will be at the exit
to assist as you leave campus.
Please drive slowly entering and exiting
our campus.
Please be patient and respect the Holy Trinity faculty at all times. We move
900 children during each carpool and their safety is our
main goal.
- NOTICE -
Parents are requested not to park
in front of the school building after 2:00PM.
