on Cafeteria Services

Our cafeteria service is provided by an independent company named CHARTWELL.
They provide breakfast each morning beginning at 7AM and
continuing until 7:55AM. Each day for lunch they offer
two hot entrees with sides, a variety of sandwiches, pizza,
desserts, and beverages. Students may buy lunch, bring
their lunch, or buy additions to their lunch. They may
pay cash daily or use the debit card system for both breakfast
and lunch. Each student is provided with a debit card tied
to their account. Parents may make deposits to the account
at any time during the school year.
Lunch Cards:
- All students should always use
their cards for purchases.
- If a student uses a pin without
their card number they must identify themselves.
- Replacement
cards may be purchased for $2.
- Students should keep
their cards for the entire time at HTCMS; new cards
are not issued each
year. New cards
are issued to students new to the school and
incoming 6th graders.
- Any problems with cards etc.
should be brought to the attention of the cafeteria
director in the morning before
lunch hours begin.
- Students may deposit
money in their accounts with checks (made payable to
Chartwell) or
with cash.
- Checks or cash may be credited
to student accounts at the cashier terminal or any
time during the
day.
- Checks may also be dropped in the
CHARTWELL check box provided in the cafeteria for
credit before
lunch.
- Parents may deposit any amount
into their child’s account.
- Parents are encouraged
to monitor their child’s account.
- You may request
a print-out of activity on your child’s account.
CHARTWELL wishes to assure parents and students of their
commitment to providing healthy choices and a positive
lunch experience. Please feel free call Ms. Linda Ward

Lunch money is available in the office for emergency use,
and it should be paid back in a timely manner.
