PTO
The PTO Mission

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) exists to support quality Catholic education for our children and to insure their intellectual, physical, and spiritual development.

Our Objectives

  • To help the administration, faculty, and parents affirm the ideals of Catholic education in the faith community of Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School.
  • To assist the administration, faulty, and parents of the students in the mutual sharing of education responsibilities.
  • To facilitate communication between home and school.
  • To provide financial support and volunteer support to the school, its administration, and the faculty

How to get involved

The middle school PTO functions in many similar ways to your elementary PTO. As your family now joins families from many other elementary schools, the PTO is a perfect opportunity for you to become a member of this broader group…..get involved!! Don’t let these years fly by without taking the opportunity to be a part of our school community.

The PTO’s 06-07 accomplishments are highlighted here. Without you, we cannot guarantee such successful support to the school for next year. Please be a part of your PTO!! You can access printable membership and volunteer forms on the left hand column of this page.

  • MEMBERSHIP: Holy Trinity PTO Dues represent 30% of our annual budget. Each family receives a school telephone directory with payment of the dues. The dues also fund the team t-shirts that each student receives in the fall.
  • VOLUNTEER: The many Holy Trinity PTO committees sponsor academic enrichment programs, support our teachers and staff, provide fellowship opportunities for our school community, and raise needed funds to not only accomplish the above but to help provide the “extras” for our school! Please be as generous with your time as possible – you make the difference! All volunteers or chaperones must complete the “Protecting God’s Children” Diocese program and a background check.

Please return all PTO forms Holy Trinity’s Main Office: Attention PTO via School Interoffice mail, fax, or regular mail. If you have any questions, please call Faye Almon, PTO President at (704) 365-4394. Thank you in advance for your kindness and support!
