Athletic Policies
Information on policy and regulation

 

HTCMS students must demonstrate satisfactory performance academically and show evidence of working to his or her ability level at the time of registration for any sports program.

A student athlete must maintain an overall “C” average on their quarterly report card to participate in the athletic program.  An “F” on the quarterly report card will immediately eliminate a student from participation. 

 

 
Fees and Deposits

The per-sport non-refundable participation fee is $80.00 for one child and $140.00 per family.  A $30 equipment fee is required for football and lacrosse.  The fees charged are purposely kept to a minimum to insure student participation.  Although these fees help fund the athletic programs, they do not cover the full cost of maintaining these programs, facilities and equipment.  In order to subsidize the full cost, the school’s athletic association will sponsor fund-raising events during the school year.  *If a parent cannot afford the fee and would like for their child/children to participate, the parent should contact the school’s Assistant Principal.
